There are some syntax and format issues in tdx/sev documents.
Make some modification to make the description more natural.
And the link of SEV-SNP is invalid, fix it.

Creating some brief documentation for SEV-SNP, summarizing the links on
where to find more information about SEV-SNP, as well as how to build
and run Cloud Hypervisor on it.
This document is a work in progress and will be updated in future PRs
as we add support for it.
