build_edk2() module in scripts/common-aarch64.sh
does not produce the UEFI firmware for aarch64 as
the commits used to assemble sources for acpica,
edk2-platforms and edk2 do not compile after GCC
version upgraded from 11.4.0 to 13.3.0 in the
developer container (ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04)
Apply minimum upgrade to EDK2_REPO and ACPICA_REPO
required to compile with GCC 13.3.0
while still assuring guest VM boot for all
integration tests
BaseTools: Brotli compression submodule that was
previously failing has been fixed following commit
bump
Developers can now produce UEFI firmware for
aarch64 using the following commands
```
./scripts/dev_cli.sh shell
source scripts/test-util.sh
source scripts/common-aarch64.sh
build_edk2
```

after testing the build briefly, it seems upstream tianocore EDK2 works fine,
no need for the separate cloud-hypervisor edk2 repo.

Since we moved to the CloudHvX64 target from EDK2, we can't use the same
OVMF firmware for both Cloud Hypervisor and QEMU. The documentation
needed some updates.

Bumping the OVMF binary version along with UEFI documentation to
reflect the latest set of patches on top of tianocore/edk2 'master'
branch, which can be found on the Cloud Hypervisor fork on 'ch' branch.

This changeset extends the documentation with the UEFI and Windows
related info. The focus is on providing consumer with a minimum
necessary and proper piece of the information to enter the features
quickly. While UEFI is a cross platform topic, it is a required
prerequisite for the Windows usage.
