Sebastien Boeuf f3793c08b5 resources: Update to guest kernel 5.14 ... Moving to the latest kernel 5.14 simplifies greatly the list of patches that we need to carry. Since virtio-iommu has been merged as part of the 5.14 release, the only remaining patches are virtio-watchdog and the EFI reboot.
