Rob Bradford e05ed9240a tests: Use raw images for all tests ... Simplify our image handling by not copying both QCOW2 and raw images for every test. Allow the test to choose QCOW2 or raw by specifying the image name manually. A follow on patch will add explicity QCOW2 tests.
