Bo Chen e7a2a715e0 tests: Remove unnecessary annotations integration_tests and test ... Given integration tests are placed in a dedicate directory, they don't need annotations (e.g. `#[cfg(integration_test)]` and `#[cfg(test)]`) or defining `test mod` to exclude themselves from the common compilation process.
