Ruoqing He fb457954bb arch: Enable fdt_parser and vm-fdt for riscv64 ... `fdt_parser` and `vm-fdt` crates are required to setup fdt used to boot riscv64 virtual machines, enabling the two crates in target specific dependencies section.
