Sebastien Boeuf 1da37c7bb4 vhost_user_net: Remove incorrect support for EVENT_IDX ... We didn't implement the vhost-user-net backend to support EVENT_IDX feature, hence it is incorrect to advertise VIRTIO_RING_F_EVENT_IDX to the VMM and the guest.
