crosvm/virtio_sys
A. Cody Schuffelen f34a4abcbb Use workspace dependencies: crosvm workspace crates
Exclusions:
- perfetto
- sandbox
- rutabaga_gfx/ffi
- rutabaga_gfx/kumquat/gpu_client

This adds a level of indirection for internal crate dependencies, making
it less of a hassle to move a crate or add a new feature that is
universally enabled.
