In particular, this fixes the Clone impl for __BindgenUnionField, which triggers clippy's incorrect_clone_impl_on_copy_type in Rust 1.73. Additionally, --size_t-is-usize became the default and the option was removed in bindgen 0.65.0, so the flag is dropped from our bindgen command line.
