Eric Engestrom c06b96fc38 Revert "ci/gitlab_gql: disable schema fetch" ... This reverts commit 202437dd8e. The GitLab bug (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/589453) was fixed and we have upgraded past that version, so we can revert this.
