Valentine Burley efd980aa15 ci/lava: Uprev lava-job-submitter ... The new version drops our internal timestamp handling since newer gitlab-runner versions already provide native timestamp support. It also prepares for future CI-tron support in gfx-ci/linux by appending `noinitrd` and `initcall_blacklist=cdc_driver_init` to the kernel cmdline, disabling the initramdisk and CDC Composite Device that CI-tron needs.
