Davíð Steinn Geirsson e25c3cb0d9 eliminate double initrd/UKI build with PE-aware archive finder 
Replace the baked-in archive-offset with runtime PE header parsing.
A new C utility (find-archive) detects the appended archive by reading
PE section headers, removing the need to build the initrd and UKI twice
in unified mode.
