This release contains some fixes for the CI as well as the CODEOWNERS file. It fixes the implementation of get_iova_range() for vDPA, and finally it implements its own version of the VhostKernBackend::valid() method for vDPA. Signed-off-by: Sebastien Boeuf <sebastien.boeuf@intel.com>
