Standalone Rust library for connecting to VM vsock ports. Supports both
kernel vsock (crosvm) and hybrid Unix socket with CONNECT handshake
(cloud-hypervisor). Includes autodetection via /run/vmsilo/<vmname>/,
optional timeout, and full test suite.
