Davíð Steinn Geirsson 74191a4dbb Remove sommelier wayland proxy entirely ... Sommelier was an experimental alternative to wayland-proxy-virtwl that never worked well. All VMs now use wayland-proxy-virtwl exclusively. The waylandProxy.logLevel option remains as it controls wayland-proxy-virtwl's log verbosity.
