ci: Reduce non-rust-vmm crates update frequency

Group `rust-vmm` crates and `non-rust-vmm` crates with security-updates
into weekly update, leave the rest dependencies to monthly update in
dependabot configuration.

vhost-device-console: promote to main workspace
...
The current implementation seems ready to be promoted to the
main workspace since the device supports test coverage have been
increased and the basic functionality is implemented.
Cargo.lock files both in main and staging workspaces are updated.
Support for VIRTIO_CONSOLE_F_SIZE and VIRTIO_CONSOLE_F_EMERG_WRITE
is still missing.

vhost-device-console: use worker's epoll for input events

Eliminate the use of select and 'nix' package. This is done by
registering the input events (stdin or tcplistener) onto the main
worker's epoll.

vsock: Set VhostUserProtocolFeatures::MQ
...
As per the vhost-user specification:
"Back-ends should always implement the VHOST_USER_PROTOCOL_F_MQ protocol
feature, even for devices with a fixed number of virtqueues, since it is
simple to implement and offers a degree of introspection."
Vsock backend support three virtqueues and hence this should be set.

rust-vmm-ci: update it to run unittests priviliged

https://github.com/rust-vmm/rust-vmm-ci/pull/165 allows us to
run unittests in a privileged container, so we can use AF_VSOCK
in our CI which was otherwise not allowed by docker.
This was already enabled for coverage tests.

As suggested, let's update the file name. We don't create the symlink
since 2021 edition is not supported by 1.38 toolchain:

scmi: add eventqueue notification

eventqueue notification for sensor device is not implemented before.
It adds a initial version to implement this feature.
Now input event can be captured and dealt.
At the beginning, we open all scmidevices which can do notification.
For example:
open /dev/iio:deviceX during VuScmiBackend initializtion.
And in function register_device, we create "device_identify" for each devices.
If this device can do notificaiton,
insert this identify into ScmiHandler event_fds hashmap.
After that, register all those devices with an increasing device_event.
For this reason, we need to change SensorT trait.
And add Option<File> which is used for those notifiable Sensor in trait SensorT.
For instance, iio devices support notification if "/dev/iio:devixeX" exist,
which should implement them.

The first is reading number for sysfs file.
The second is reading offset and scales.
And the second step can be reused in notification,
therefore we separate it into two functions.

If vhost-device-scmi running with name argument,
do not set name again.
If not, use value from fs, otherwise use default name.
It can avoid that program exit unexpectedly
when the length of native sensor name is too long.
Correspondingly, modify related unit test function.

vsock: Support for vsock backend

This commit adds support for proxying the communication with a VM
using vsock, similar to already existing support using unix domain
socket through the uds-path option. Two new options have been
introduced:
- forward-cid
- forward-listen
The forward-cid option (u32) allows users to specify the CID to which
all the connections from the VM should be forwarded to, regardless of
the target CID of those connections. Users would typically forward to
CID 1 i.e., the host machine.
The forward-listen option (string) is a list of ports separated by '+'
for forwarding connections from the host machine to the VM.

vsock: Introduce enum types for UDS backend

Right now, vhost-device-vsock supports only unix domain socket as
backend. The following commit will add support for vsock backend.
This is a preparation commit wrapping the unix domain socket related
stuff in enum types so that the following commit can extend on that
for vsock backend support.

vhost-device-can: Add initial implementation

This implementation supports the exchange of CAN/CANFD messages
virtual ("vcan") and real HW CAN device ("can0"). It was tested with:
a) virtio-can driver found in the following patch serie:
- https://lwn.net/Articles/934187/
b) QEMU's vhost-user-can device:
1) Option 1: Upstream QEMU's vhost-user-device
